City Morning

£4,850

An early career work by a contemporary artist, Mr Lines is still going strong and painting away today although in a very different style. He was a Warwickshire boy, born in Rugby where he attended the Polytechnic so this is conceivably a view of the Canal at Coventry. I bought this from the great Grant Waters the author of the eponymous Art Dictionary and it has hung in my last two houses, recently reframed it is the very definition of ‘fresh to the market’.
